Ft. of office as sponsor or lead advisor. Currently, Loukas Development has a private portfolio of multifamily and retail under direct asset, property and construction management and a development pipeline of 770 residential units. With over $200M of total development capital invested as a sponsor since 2002 and an operating portfolio which includes a mix of stabilized retail and multifamily assets. Loukas Development has a development platform capable of scaling quickly for institutional opportunities.
